All BTLs must have a minimum EPC rating of E.
For a new build, it can be a Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA) or a Standard Assessment Procedure calculation (SAP) rather than EPC.
We do not usually require evidence of the rating, but we’ll let you know if we do.
