Confirmation of Product Withdrawal

On Wednesday 26 June, we made changes to the following Core and Exclusive products:

Exclusive Range

• 90% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee Remortgage Special has been withdrawn

Core Range

• 85% and 90% LTV 2 year fixed rates with £995 fee have been increased by 0.05%
• 85% LTV 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.10%
• 90% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee saver option has been increased to 2.39%
• 90% LTV 5 year fixed rates have been increased by 0.03%
• Shared Ownership 85% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee has been increased to 1.99%

We have also withdrawn our £500 cashback offer for First Time Buyers on 90% LTV 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates with £995 fee. These deals continue to be available with £300 cashback for all customers.

Additional Information - End dates have moved to 1 November of the relevant year.
