Meet the team

We’re your West team, here to take care of all cases in this region.

Based in our Gosforth office, we’re a 34-strong team of friendly mortgage professionals each with our own areas of expertise. In total we have over 180 years of mortgage experience between us.

By staying true to our five key principles of speed, consistency, quality, accountability and flexibility, we aim to give you the best service possible. From reviewing your application and answering any questions you may have, through to underwriting and making an offer, we’re here to help you and your clients all the way through to completion.

We're always keen to consistently improve the service we offer you, so we’ve included a few tips that should make for a simpler, smoother application:

  • Familiarise yourself with the policy guides on our dedicated intermediaries website.
  • Please don’t submit a case to us unless your clients are in a position to proceed.
  • Please don’t send in bank statements unless we request them.
  • Keep your contact details up to date so we can be in touch with important case updates.

Track individual cases

You can track the progress of an individual case on Virgin Money Online and we also provide you with individual email updates as your client's case progresses.
