We’re here to take care of all cases in the West region.

Based in our Gosforth office, our team of friendly mortgage professionals is dedicated to helping you and your clients through to completion:

  • We receive and review your applications, and prepare them for underwriting.
  • Provide guidance on your cases through the underwriting process.
  • Answer all your questions and keep you up to date.

We aim to give you the best service possible by staying true to our five key principles of speed, consistency, quality, accountability and flexibility.

*We're here from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to 01 or 02 numbers and they are included in inclusive minutes and discount schemes in the same way. Calls may be monitored and recorded.

  • Fully package your applications from the start for a quicker turnaround.
  • Please don’t send in bank statements unless we request them.
  • Keep your contact details up to date, so we can get in touch with important case updates.

Track individual cases

You can track the progress of an individual case on Virgin Money Online and we also provide you with individual email updates as your client's case progresses.
