When submitting applications, a bit of help and support can make it nice and straightforward. That’s why our underwriting team’s available every step of the way.

If you want to check-in for some pre-application advice or chat about a case you’ve already submitted, that’s more than ok.

Keeping you in the picture

At each key stage of underwriting your application, we’ll call to let you know what’s what and follow it up with an email for good measure. This covers…

  • When we’ve made our lending decision, within 24 hours of receiving your case
  • On assessment of the documents you’ve submitted
  • When we’ve received the valuation report
  • Once the mortgage Offer has been issued

With underwriting that’s upfront, we set clear expectations from the get-go. We’ll let you know our lending decision within 24 hours of receiving your application.

And as long as the information you have declared at DIP stage is correct, you can have confidence in our decisions.

We’ll always be clear on the documentation you need to wing our way on day one.

Once the lending decision’s been made, we’ll confirm the shopping list of documents required. That way, you know exactly what to send us and your client can get their Offer ASAP.

We work hard to process applications as fast as possible. In fact, we have one of the quickest turnaround times in the market.*

We’re so confident in our service, we even put our money where our mouth is. Our aim is to go from fully-packaged application to Offer within ten days. If we don’t manage that, your customer will get £100 from us as a sweetener. Terms apply.
