New Intermediary Exclusive products

On Thursday 22 February, we launched new residential and BTL products exclusively for our intermediary partners. 

New Intermediary Exclusives

• 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with a £995 fee at 1.34% with £300 cashback for purchase customers and free valuation and free legals for remortgage customers
• 95% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee saver at 3.64% with £500 cashback for purchase customers only
• BTL fixed rates with a £1,995 fee starting from 1.39% with £500 cashback 
• BTL fixed rates with a £995 fee starting from 1.54% with £500 cashback 

• New: £500 Cashback for Remortgage Special 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates at 90% LTV with a £995 fee

We have also amended the following core range residential products:

• Everyday 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates at 80% LTV have been withdrawn
• 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates at 85% LTV have been increased by up to 0.07%

Additional Information

End dates have been extended to 1 June of the relevant year.

Intermediary Exclusive products are available for a limited time only.

Please note, a mortgage exit fee of £50 will be payable on redemption of your client’s mortgage to cover the administrative cost incurred by Virgin Money. This fee will be applied if the mortgage is redeemed or ported before the full mortgage term ends.
