Reduced rates at 65% LTV

On Friday 26 June, we reduced selected rates in our Exclusive and Core ranges.

Selected 65% LTV rates were reduced by up to 0.18%, helping your clients who are looking to fix at a lower rate.

Intermediary Exclusive

• 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,495 fee was reduced to 1.16% with a free valuation for purchase customers or a free valuation and free legals for remortgage customers
• 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee saver option was reduced to 1.64% with £500 cashback plus a free valuation for remortgage customers only

Core

• 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee saver option was reduced to 1.64% with a free valuation for purchase customers or a free valuation and free legals for remortgage customers

As communicated on Wednesday 24 June, we also made the following changes:

• Selected 85% LTV Residential rates were increased by 0.05%
• Selected BTL rates were increased by up to 0.10%
• Selected Portfolio BTL rates were increased by up to 0.10%

Additional information

End dates were extended to 1 November of the relevant year.
