Reductions to selected residential fixed and tracker rates

On Wednesday 19 April, we made improvements to selected residential fixed rate and tracker rate deals.

Summary of changes

Selected residential 3 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced, including:

• 5 Year Fixed Rate available up to 65% LTV has been reduced to 1.84% with a £995 fee and £300 cashback for purchase customers
• 5 Year Fixed Rate available up to 75% LTV has been reduced to 1.99% with a £995 fee and £300 cashback for purchase customers
• 3 Year Fixed Rate available up to 65% LTV has been reduced to 1.59% with a £995 fee and £300 cashback for purchase customers

Selected residential 2 and 3 year tracker rates have been reduced, including:

• 2 Year Tracker Rate available up to 70% LTV has been reduced to 1.30% with a £995 fee
• 3 Year Tracker Rate available up to 70% LTV has been reduced to 1.69% with a £995 fee

Additional information

End dates will be extended to 1 September of the relevant year.
