Purchase
- 2 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.13%
- 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.11%
- Shared Ownership fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.13%
Remortgage
- 2 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.12%
- 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.16%
Product Transfer
- 2 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.20%
- 3 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.16%
- 5 year fixed have been increased by up to 0.20%
- 10 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.20%
