Purchase

  • 2 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.26%.
  • 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.24%.
  • Shared Ownership fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.26%.

Remortgage

  • 2 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.24%.
  • 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.10%.
