Residential policy

For the residential purchase transaction on a let-to-buy, our standard residential criteria and LTV limits apply.

We do not require simultaneous completion.

Existing Customer

If your customer has a residential mortgage with Virgin Money and wants to convert the property to BTL, they may be able to port the residential mortgage to another property. They'll need to arrange a BTL mortgage on the current property with another lender, as VM no longer offers new BTL mortgages.

Both transactions must be completed at the same time.
