Step 1 - Download Microsoft Components
Virgin Money Online requires the Microsoft components listed below. Based on your installation requirements, you may be advised to install/re-install these files.
- Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.8 Link opens in a new window
- Adobe Reader Link opens in a new window
Step 2 - Download the Virgin Money Online Application
- Click the "Download" button below to download the MSI installer for the Virgin Money Online Application.
- Select "Open" or select "Save" file and then open the saved MSI file.
- Double click on the installer file.
- Read and agree to the End-User license.
- Select the "Install" button or change the install location.
- The installation will complete and the VMO shortcut icon will appear on your desktop.
- Double click on the shortcut icon to open your Virgin Money Online Application.
Step 3 - Complete Registration
After installing the Virgin Money Online Application, please contact us to complete the registration process on 0345 601 0680*
