We wanted to let you know that we launched a new Intermediary Exclusive range, Fix and Switch on Friday 26 January. The following products are available for residential purchase applications:
Intermediary Exclusive Purchase deals - Fix and Switch
- NEW 85% Fix and Switch 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.14% with £500 cashback.
- NEW 90% Fix and Switch 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.27% with £500 cashback.
Fix for 5 years, or flex after 2
Fix and Switch offers customers a 5 Year Fixed Rate mortgage with a 2 Year ERC. This means customers get certainty for five years, but if interest rates go down, your customer can switch to another deal after 2 years without paying an ERC.
Fix and Switch is unique to Virgin Money – you won’t find a five-year fixed, with a two-year ERC, from any other provider.
