On Friday 9 February, we launched new Fix and Switch Purchase and Remortgage fixed rates and increased selected products.
We wanted to let you know that we made changes to selected Virgin Money products on Friday 9 February.
Exclusive Purchase - Fix and Switch fee-saver with 2 year ERC
- NEW 95% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £250 cashback at 5.54%.
Exclusive Remortgage - Fix and Switch fee-saver with 2 year ERC
- NEW 70% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with free valuation, free legals at 4.99%.
The end dates have moved to June of the relevant year.
We also made these changes at 8pm on Thursday 8 February:
- 85% LTV Purchase Exclusive 5 Year Fixed Rate with fee-saver has been increased by 0.05%, at 4.49%.
- 90% LTV Purchase Exclusive 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,295 fee has been increased by 0.10%, at 4.50%.
- 60% & 70% LTV Remortgage Exclusive fixed rates have been increased by 0.05%, with rates starting from 4.24%.
- Exclusive BTL fixed rates with £2,195 fee have been increased by 0.05%, with rates starting from 4.25%.
- Exclusive BTL fixed rates with 1% fee have been increased by 0.05%, with rates starting from 4.39%.
- Product Transfer 2, 3 & 5 year fixed rates - 65% LTV now start from 3.98% and 80% LTV start from 4.84%.
