On Tuesday 9 July, we reduced selected fixed rates
We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Tuesday 9 July.
Exclusive Purchase
- 90% LTV Fix and Switch rates with £1,495 fee have been reduced by 0.05%, at 5.29%.
- 90% LTV Own New 5 year fixed rates with £995 fee have been reduced by 0.05%, with rates starting from 3.78%.
- 90% LTV Greener 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee has been reduced by 0.05%, at 4.82%.
Exclusive Remortgage
- Selected 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.12%, with rates starting from 4.54%.
Exclusive BTL
- Fix and Switch rates have been reduced by up to 0.10%, with rates starting from 5.04%.
- Selected fixed rates with 3% fee have been reduced by up to 0.05%, with rates starting from 3.98%.
- Selected fixed rates with 1% fee have been reduced by up to 0.12%, with rates starting from 4.55%.
- 5 year fixed rates with £2,195 fee have been reduced by 0.05%, with rates starting from 4.52%.
We’ll also be making these changes at 8pm on Monday 8 July:
- 90% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee has been reduced by 0.05%, at 4.84%.
- Selected BTL fixed rates with £995 fee have been reduced by up to 0.22%, with rates starting from 4.74%.
- BTL fixed rate fee-savers have been reduced by up to 0.17%, with rates starting from 4.97%.
- BTL fixed rate fee-savers have been reduced by up to 0.17%, with rates starting from 4.97%.
