On Tuesday 17 March we made the following changes:

Purchase

  • 2 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.35%.
  • 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.30%.
  • 10 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.25%.
  • Shared Ownership fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.35%.

Remortgage

  • 2 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.35%.
  • 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.30%.
  • 75% LTV 10 year fixed rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.25%.

BTL

  • 2 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.35%
  • 5 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30%

Product Transfer

  • 65% & 75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by 0.25%.
  • 80%, 85%, 90% & 95% LTV fixed rates will be increased by 0.20%.
  • 2 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by 0.35%.
  • 3 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by 0.35%.
  • 5 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by 0.30%.
