Buy-to-let policy
If a property is lived in by a family member or if any of the applicants intend to live in the property, then the application should be submitted as residential, using a residential product, rather than BTL. Our usual residential lending criteria applies, but we will not include any rent received for the property, and our maximum LTV is 80%.
