95% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rates available from 3.28%

On Friday 21 September, we made reductions to the following products:

 

Intermediary Exclusives: 

  • 95% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate Fee Saver Option has been reduced to 3.28% with £500 cashback, for purchase customers only
  • 95% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate Fee Saver Option has been reduced to 3.55% with £1000 cashback, for purchase customers only
  • BTL 70% and 75% LTV 5 year fixed rates with a £1995 product fee have been reduced by 0.10%
 

Core Range 

  • 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate Fee Saver Option has been reduced to 2.05%
  • 90% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate Fee Saver Option has been reduced to 2.51%
  • Selected 95% LTV 2, 3, 5 and 10 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.76%
  • New Build 90% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.26%
  • BTL 60% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with a £1995 product fee has been reduced to 2.13%

As communicated on Wednesday we have also amended the following products:


  • Selected HTB 2 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.11%
  • Selected BTL 2 and 3 year fixed rates have been  increased by up to 0.10%
  • BTL Intermediary Exclusive 2 Year Fixed Rate at 70% LTV with a £1,995 fee has been withdrawn.

Additional Information


End dates remain 01 January of the relevant year.

 

The maximum Loan-to-Income (LTI) has increased from 4 to 4.49 for capital and interest loans above £500,000. Interest only loans will continue to be capped at an LTI ratio of 4. Please continue to input income for all applicants so we can provide an accurate lending decision. Remember to use our online affordability calculator to see how much your clients can borrow.

 

We accept BTL tenancy agreement lengths of up to 36 months. This is applicable in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Scotland is covered by Private Residential Tenancy agreements which have no end dates.
