Improvements to selected residential and BTL deals

On Tuesday 4 October, we made improvements to selected fixed rate residential deals and selected fixed and tracker rate BTL deals.

And there’s more good news, we also made £300 cashback available on all residential fixed rate purchase products with a £995 fee, including 65%, 70% and 75% LTV deals.

Summary of changes

New £300 cashback incentive on 65%, 70% and 75% LTV residential fixed rate purchase products with a £995 fee. This includes:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate at 65% LTV at 1.44% (now offering £300 cashback for purchase customers)
  • 5 Year Fixed Rate at 65% LTV at 1.97% (now offering £300 cashback for purchase customers)

Selected residential 2 and 3 year fixed rates with a £995 fee have been reduced, including:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 90% LTV has been reduced to 2.33% (with £300 cashback for purchase customers)
  • 3 Year Fixed Rate available at 75% LTV has been reduced to 1.84% (with £300 cashback for purchase customers)
  • 3 Year Fixed Rate available at 80% LTV has been reduced to 1.89% (with £300 cashback for purchase customers)

Selected residential 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate fee saver options have been reduced, including:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 90% LTV has been reduced to 2.74% (with £300 cashback for purchase customers)
  • 5 Year Fixed Rate available at 90% LTV has been reduced to 3.29% (with £300 cashback for purchase customers)
  • 5 Year Fixed Rate available at 95% LTV has been reduced to 4.19% (with £300 cashback for purchase customers)

Selected BTL 2 and 5 year fixed and tracker rates have been reduced, including:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 75% LTV has been reduced to 2.14% with a £1,995 fee and £500 cashback
  • 5 Year Fixed Rate available at 75% LTV has been reduced to 3.29% with a £995 fee and £500 cashback
  • 2 Year Tracker Rate available at 75% LTV has been reduced to 2.29% with a £995 fee and £500 cashback

Additional Information:

End dates will move to 1 January of the relevant year.
