Changes to BTL and Residential products

On Friday 13 May we made improvements to selected BTL and Residential deals.

Intermediary Exclusive BTL Changes:

The following 2 and 5 year fixed rate remortgage deals have been reduced:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate available up to 50% LTV with a £1,995 fee and £750 cashback at 1.87%
  • 5 Year Fixed Rate available up to 50% LTV with a £1,995 fee and £750 cashback at 2.79%

Core BTL Changes:

Selected 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate deals with product fees have been reduced, including:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate available up to 60% LTV with a £1,995 fee and £750 cashback at 1.89%
  • 3 Year Fixed Rate available up to 75% LTV with a £1,995 fee and £750 cashback at 2.89%
  • 5 Year Fixed Rate available up to 70% LTV with a £1,995 fee and £750 cashback at 3.19%
     

Selected 3 and 5 year fixed rate fee saver deals have been reduced, including:

  • 3 Year Fixed Rate Fee Saver Option available up to 60% LTV with £500 cashback at 3.19%
  • 5 Year Fixed Rate Fee Saver Option available up to 60% LTV with £500 cashback at 3.29%

2 Year Tracker available up to 60% LTV with a £995 fee and £500 cashback has been reduced to 1.77%

Core Residential Changes:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate Help to Buy Equity Loan deal available up to 75% LTV with a £995 fee has been reduced to 1.79%

Selected 3 and 5 year fixed rate deals have been reduced, including:

  • 3 Year Fixed Rate available up to 65% LTV with a £995 fee at 1.94%
  • 5 Year Fixed Rate available up to 65% LTV with a £995 fee at 2.24%

3 Year Tracker Rate Fee Saver Option available up to 75% LTV has been reduced to 2.68%

Selected 2 year fixed rates with a £995 fee have also been increased;

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate available up to 80% LTV has been increased to 1.85%
  • 2 Year Fixed Rate available up to 85% LTV has been increased to 1.99%

Additional Information:

End dates have been extended to 1 September of the relevant year across all products.
