Notice of Product Withdrawal

On Friday 18 November we increased rates on selected fixed rate fee saver products and withdrew selected First Time Buyer products.

Summary of changes:

Selected fixed rate fee saver options have been increased:

• 2 Year Fixed Rate available up to 95% LTV has moved from 3.75% to 3.89%
• 3 Year Fixed Rate available up to 95% LTV has moved from 3.99% to 4.39%
• 5 Year Fixed Rate available up to 95% LTV has moved from 4.19% to 4.64%

We have also withdrawn the following First Time Buyer products:

• 2 Year Fixed Rate available up to 95% LTV at 4.19% with £1,500 cashback
• 5 Year Fixed Rate available up to 95% LTV at 4.49% with £1,500 cashback
