Confirmation of product withdrawal

On Tuesday 11 December, we made changes to selected residential products and launched new low-LTV intermediary exclusives.

New Intermediary Exclusives

• 2 year fixed rates start from 1.67% up to 65% LTV with £995 fee

• 3 year fixed rates start from 1.88% up to 65% LTV with £995 fee

• 5 year fixed rates start from 2.01% up to 65% LTV with £995 fee

Core Range

Selected rates have increased by up to 0.07%. 

• 2 year fixed rates start from 1.72% up to 65% LTV with £995 fee

• 3 year fixed rates start from 1.93% up to 65% LTV with £995 fee

• 5 year fixed rates start from 2.06% up to 65% LTV with £995 fee

Early Repayment Charges

Early Repayment Charges for fixed rate products have been updated.

• 3 year fixed amended to 2.5%

• 5 year fixed amended to 4.5%

Additional Information

End dates remain at 1 May of the relevant year.
