Exclusive 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 1.89%

On Tuesday 9 October, we launched a new 65% LTV deal exclusively for our intermediary partners, helping customers who are looking to fix for longer.
Intermediary Exclusive
- NEW 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 1.89% with a £995 fee. This comes with £300 cashback for purchase customers and free valuation and legals for remortgage customers.
We have also amended the following products:
- 2 year fixed rates at 85% LTV with a £995 fee and fee saver option has been increased by 0.04%.
- BTL 2 Year Fixed Rate at 60% LTV with a £995 fee has been increased to 1.72%.
- BTL Exclusive 2 Year Fixed Rate at 70% LTV with a £995 fee has been withdrawn.
- BTL Exclusive 2 Year Fixed Rate at 75% LTV with a £1,995 fee has been withdrawn.
Additional Information
End dates remain 01 January of the relevant year.
