The maximum Loan-to-Income (LTI) has increased from 4 to 4.49 for capital and interest loans above £500,000. Interest only loans will continue to be capped at an LTI ratio of 4. Please continue to input income for all applicants so we can provide an accurate lending decision. Remember to use our online affordability calculator to see how much your clients can borrow.
We accept BTL tenancy agreement lengths of up to 36 months. This is applicable in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Scotland is covered by Private Residential Tenancy agreements which have no end dates.
