New Remortgage Cashback Specials up to 90% LTV

On Friday 29 December we made changes to our range.
 

New Intermediary Exclusives - *Remortgage Cashback Specials*

• 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates at 90% LTV available from 1.96% with £300 cashback and free valuation

Core Range

• Fixed rates up to 90% LTV with a £995 fee have been reduced by up to 0.29%
• Fixed rate fee saver options up to 90% LTV have been reduced by up to 0.21%
• Fixed rate fee saver options up to 95% LTV have been reduced by up to 0.25%
• BTL 2 year fixed rates with £1995 and £995 fee options have been reduced by up to 0.10%
• Selected BTL 3 year fixed rates up to 75% LTV with £1995 and £995 fee options have been reduced by up to 0.11%
• BTL 5 year fixed rates with £1995 and £995 fee options have been reduced by up to 0.06%

As communicated on Wednesday 27 December, we have also amended the following products:

• 3 Year Fixed Rate at 80% LTV with a £995 fee has been increased by 0.06%
• 5 Year Fixed Rate at 80% LTV with a £995 fee has been increased by 0.04%
• 3 and 5 year fixed rates at 85% LTV with a £995 fee have been increased by 0.06%

End dates have been extended to 1 May of the relevant year.
