We’ve reduced rates on selected mortgages

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following mortgages on Tuesday 26 January.
Exclusive
- 90% LTV FTB fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.20%
Core
- Selected 85% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.13%
- 90% LTV FTB 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee has been reduced by 0.03%
Our 90% LTV FTB range is not available for flat, maisonette or new build purchases.
