Product withdrawals

To protect the service for existing applications in our pipeline, on Tuesday 9 June we made the difficult decision to temporarily withdraw 90% LTV products.

The following products are now unavailable:

Core Range

• All 90% LTV Purchase and Remortgage deals, including first-time buyer with cashback incentive
• New Build 2 and 5 year fixed rate 90% LTV deals

Our 90% LTV range will still be available to existing customers doing a Product Transfer with no additional borrowing.

Supporting the housing market is in our DNA and we hope to help more of your clients again soon. We will continue to manage this closely and will let you know as soon as we can launch 90% LTV products.
