BTL 5 year fixed rates starting from 1.78%

On Tuesday 12 November, we reduced rates across our Core Residential and BTL ranges.

For BTL, selected 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up 0.08%, helping your clients who are looking to fix for longer. These reductions are across our everyday and portfolio landlord BTL ranges.

For residential, selected high LTV rates have been reduced by up to 0.24% to help first time buyers or clients with smaller deposits get onto the property ladder.

Core Range

• 85% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee saver option has been reduced to 2.10%
• 90% LTV 2 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.11%
• 95% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee saver option has been reduced to 2.86%
• 85% and 90% LTV 3 year fixed rates with £995 fee have been reduced by up to 0.24%
• BTL 60% LTV 5 year fixed rates with £1,995 and £995 fee have been reduced by up to 0.08%
• BTL 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,995 fee has been reduced to 2.08%

Portfolio Landlords

• BTL 60% LTV 5 year fixed rates with £1,995 and £995 fee have been reduced by up to 0.08%
• BTL 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,995 fee has been reduced to 2.18%
