Exclusive 95% LTV fixed rate starting at 3.59%

We are dedicated to helping people buy their first home and get onto the property ladder. On Thursday 10 May, we reduced our 95% LTV Intermediary Exclusive with £500 cashback. 

Intermediary Exclusive

• 2 Year Fixed Rate Fee Saver Option at 95% LTV has been reduced to 3.59% with £500 cashback for purchase customers only

We also amended the following residential products on Thursday 10 May:

• 2 year fixed rates from 65% to 75% LTV with a £995 fee have been increased by up to 0.07%. Our new 2 year fixed rate at 65% LTV will be 1.55%
• 3 year fixed rates from 65% to 75% LTV with a £995 fee have been increased by up to 0.05%
• Help to Buy Equity Loan 2 year fixed rates from 55% to 75% LTV with a £995 fee have been increased by up to 0.10%

Additional Information

End dates will remain at 1 September of the relevant year.
