Exclusive BTL fixed rates starting from 1.37%

On Friday 20 April, we reduced selected BTL Intermediary Exclusive rates and amended the cashback incentive to £600.

Intermediary Exclusives

• Selected 2, 3 and 5 year BTL fixed rates across all LTV tiers have been reduced by up to 0.09%, with our new BTL 2 year fixed rates starting from 1.37%

We also amended the following Intermediary Exclusive products:

• Cashback on our BTL 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates from 60% to 75% LTV has been reduced to £600
• Residential 2 year fixed rates at 1.43% up to 65% LTV have been withdrawn 

Please note, our Core Range Residential 2 year fixed rates at 65% LTV remains unchanged at 1.48% with a £995 fee.

Additional Information

End dates remain at 1 July of the relevant year.
