Buy-to-let 2 year fixed rates available from 1.47%

On Thursday 31 August, we made improvements to selected buy-to-let fixed and tracker rate products. 

Summary of changes

Core Range

Selected buy-to-let fixed and tracker rates products have been reduced, including:

• 2 Year Fixed Rate at 60% LTV reduced to 1.47% with a £1,995 fee 
• 3 Year Fixed Rate at 60% LTV reduced to 1.69% with a £1,995 fee 
• 5 Year Fixed Rate at 60% LTV reduced to 2.19% with a £1,995 fee 
• 2 Year Tracker Rate at 70% LTV reduced to 1.89% with a £995 fee

Remember, all buy-to-let products come with £500 cashback.

Additional information

End dates have been extended to 1 January of the relevant year across all products.
