Custom Build lending has landed

We are excited to be working in partnership with BuildLoan to bring you our brand new Custom Build mortgages.

Shared Ownership mortgages

To show our continued support to help first-time buyers achieve the dream of owning a home, we are now offering a brand new range of Shared Ownership mortgages. This is being piloted through specialist intermediary partners and will be coming to you soon.

Lending our support to new build

We regularly review our approach to new build to develop our proposition. Some of the new developments we have recently launched include:

• Improving the way we calculate affordability so that we can offer more of your customers the loan amount they want.
• Cash incentives and part-exchange of up to 5% are accepted without impacting the loan.*
• Six-month standard offer – plus a six-month extension if needed is now available (subject to new credit score and updated affordability).**
• Continuing our support for Help to Buy Equity Loans in England, Scotland and Wales.

Everyone's better off

As part of our ambition to make everyone better off, we will donate £100 to Crisis, the national charity for homeless people, for every Custom Build and Shared Ownership mortgage completion.

Our partners BuildLoan, Countrywide and Eversheds will also make additional donations for every Custom Build mortgage completion.
