Changes to selected fixed rate products

On Wednesday 12 July, we made changes to selected fixed rate Intermediary Exclusive and core products, including: 

• Intermediary Exclusive Remortgage Special 5 Year Fixed Rate at 50% LTV now available at 1.69% with a £1,995 fee (minimum loan size £300k)
• 5 Year Fixed Rate at 65% LTV now available at 1.79% with a £995 fee (£300 cashback for purchase customers. Free valuation and legals for remortgage customers)
• BTL 2 Year Fixed Rate at 60% LTV now available at 1.49% with a £1,995 fee and £500 cashback

Exclusive products for Virgin Money Credit Card customers have also been amended in line with our core range.

Additional information

End dates for all existing products have been extended to 1 November of the relevant year.
