New Intermediary Exclusive Deals for a limited time only

On Tuesday 8 November we launched three new products exclusively for our intermediary partners. We also made changes to selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate Help to Buy Equity Loan deals.

Summary of changes

Intermediary Exclusives:

Our three new Intermediary Exclusives are:

• 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 65% LTV at 1.32% with a £995 fee and £300 cashback for purchase customers (free legal work and valuations for remortgage customers)
• 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 90% LTV at 2.24% with a £995 fee and £300 cashback for purchase customers and £500 cashback for first time buyers (free legal work and valuations for remortgage customers)
• Buy To Let 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 60% LTV at 1.74% with a £1,995 fee and £500 cashback for purchase and remortgage customers

The new Intermediary Exclusive products are only available for a limited period in November so please ensure you submit any applications without delay to avoid disappointment.

Core Range:

Selected Help to Buy Equity Loan 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced, including:

• 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 80% LTV has been reduced to 1.95% with a £995 fee and £500 cashback for purchase customers
• 5 Year Fixed Rate fee saver option available at 55% LTV has been reduced to 2.49% with £500 cashback for purchase customers
• 5 Year Fixed Rate fee saver option available at 75% LTV has been reduced to 2.75% with £500 cashback for purchase customers

Additional Information:

End dates remain at 1 January of the relevant year.
