Improvements to fee-free 95% LTV deals

Thanks for helping us get 2017 off to a great start. This year, we want to continue working with you to help more customers buy their first home.

We understand the challenges of saving for a deposit, and that some customers may be concerned about other costs like stamp duty and fees. To help customers with a smaller deposit, we made improvements to fee-free 95% LTV deals on Tuesday 7 February.

• 2 Year Fixed Rate has been reduced to 3.73%
• 3 Year Fixed Rate has been reduced to 3.99%
• 5 Year Fixed Rate has been reduced to 4.54%

All of these products come with £300 cashback for purchase customers.

Don’t forget we also offer a fee-free first time buyer deal with increased cashback:

• 2 Year Fixed Rate of 2.84% available at 90% LTV with £1,000 cashback for first time buyers

Additional Information:

End dates have been extended to 1 May of the relevant year across all products.
